I. Academia Philashes reserves the right to sell, reserve and limit the availability of Products, Services, Courses (In-person and Online), Seats and special accesses without any limitations other than those set forth in its company incorporation document and the laws of institutional commerce.

II. Filashes Academy will not reserve for more than 24 hours, any type of course, product, service or related and has no obligation to make or guarantee any type of refund or compensation, regardless of the nature of the purchase.

III. Los Cursos y Productos relacionados No son Reembolsable(s). Una vez adquirido el Curso (Presencial y Online), Producto(s) o Servicio(s), se considera no reembolsable. No ofrecemos reembolsos, devoluciones o cambios por ningún motivo.

IV. The Courses are non-transferable without exception. Only the validated and accredited person can take the training, receive the corresponding kit and enjoy all the benefits inherent to said experience (In-person and Online), as well as the international certification.

V. Una vez adquirido cualquiera de nuestros cursos, de forma individual o en combo en su modalidad “Presencial”, no será posible cambiarlo a uno de modalidad “Online” sin excepción y no habrá ningún tipo de reembolso ante cualquier intensión de cancelación o inasistencia por parte del cursante a dicha experiencia de formación. Sin embargo, si el curso adquirido es en modalidad “Online”, el cursante podrá cursarlo de forma “Presencial” en la fecha próxima disponible en su país o el país más cercano a su lugar de residencia, cancelando la diferencia del costo del mismo en dicha versión.

VI. All training lasts from 3 to 6 months (depending on the course you choose), once the time has passed, you can continue with your course by paying additionally for each month of extension (USD180 “Pay HERE") that you need to complete the course and achieve your certification. Below we describe the duration of each technique:

Beginner Russian Volume - 3 months
Advance Russian Volume - 3 months
Combo Russian Volume - 6 months

Powder Brows: 6 months

Lashes Lifting: 3 months

VII. Once your registration is formalized, the course or the place are transferable to third parties without exception, nor will you have the right to refunds. Any irregularity in this rule will give rise to sanctions and legal actions

VIII. En caso de que un entrenamiento en vivo sea suspendido por causas ajenas al control de la máster Karina, incluyendo pero no limitado a la suspensión de vuelos, pandemias, enfermedad o cualquier otra circunstancia de fuerza mayor, ni la organización ni la máster Karina estarán obligados a reembolsar, compensar o indemnizar a los estudiantes inscritos por los gastos económicos que puedan resultar de dicha suspensión.

XI. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction and plagiarism of any material, information, resource or Course material (In-Person and Online) is prohibited. If any of the above occurs, including identity theft, for personal benefit or profit, it is grounds for committing crimes that may be grounds for legal action.

XII. By purchasing and downloading our courses and digital products, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this refund policy, understanding that the product is non-refundable.
