Academia Philashes reserves the right to sell, reserve and limit the availability of Products, Services, Courses (In-person and Online), Seats and special accesses without any limitations other than those set forth in its company incorporation document and the laws of institutional commerce.

Filashes Academy will not reserve for more than 24 hours, any type of course, product, service or related and has no obligation to make or guarantee any type of refund or compensation, regardless of the nature of the purchase.

Courses and related Products Non-Refundable(s). Once the Course (In-Person and Online), Product(s) or Service(s) is purchased, it is considered non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason.

The Courses are non-transferable without exception. Only the validated and accredited person can take the training, receive the corresponding kit and enjoy all the benefits inherent to said experience (In-person and Online), as well as the international certification.

All training lasts from 3 to 6 months (depending on the course you choose), once the time has passed, you can continue with your course by paying additionally for each month of extension (USD180 “Pay HERE") that you need to complete the course and achieve your certification. Below we describe the duration of each technique:

Classic technique – 6 months
Beginner Russian Volume - 3 months
Advance Russian Volume - 3 months
Combo Russian Volume - 6 months

Powder Brows: 6 months

Lashes Lifting: 3 months

Once your registration is formalized, the course or the place are transferable to third parties without exception, nor will you have the right to refunds. Any irregularity in this rule will give rise to sanctions and legal actions

Unauthorized distribution, reproduction and plagiarism of any material, information, resource or Course material (In-Person and Online) is prohibited. If any of the above occurs, including identity theft, for personal benefit or profit, it is grounds for committing crimes that may be grounds for legal action.
